Its time to sell my beloved audi coupe gt, its going to kill me to sell it,my reason for sale is that I just dont really need it any more,I also have another car and after passing my bike test last year and buying a motorbike Im trying to put more time and money into that now and having three insurance policys/tax/mot's every year its financialy draining.I did the conversion over two years ago now and have covered around 8-10k trouble free,it also had an oil service around 1000 miles ago using genuine parts.coilovers were made for the front and uprated shocks allround, rear hight can be adjusted a little too.standard rear drum brakes which were stripped and cleaned and up front 280mm golf g60 brakes, calipers rebuilt recently with new pistons/seal kits.front wishbones poly bushed also drop links too.The engine is a 1.8t from a 1999 a4 sport running the coupes standard transmision, front mount intercooler, ko4-015 turbo with an uprated high flow cast manifold, de catted with full powerflow exhaust system, cone filter and silicone boost/intake pipes and a baileys dv.its been chipped also and will be running approx 200bhp, theres more potential for power due to mods as is just a generic map for a std a4 at pesent but pulls well.a custom map would of been next step. The wheels are rare 7x15 ronal r8's (same as standard but bigger and dished) which just look right on it, did have some 17" split rim reps on a while ago but didnt drive to good on the low profile tyres and was scared of curbing them so there was only one wheel I wanted then which took me ages to find but glad I did.Interior is pritty mint, drivers seat bolster gone a little flat but not ripped or worn, carpet is also mint really, recent new mats and gearstick gator, the steering wheel is a b3 sport item, boost guage is mounted in the centre consol with the origional vdo's I still have the original steering wheel and sterio which can go with the car, I also have a pair of clear front bumper indicators too I just prefer the original look, I go through phases lolOne thing I will miss is the attention it gets where ever I go, people comment on it daily, evan had somone stop me in the road once just to take a picture, im sure theres loads ive missed out but any questions please ask.I did a build thread at the time of building and to be honest you will have a better idea of whats been done if you have a look*http://www.classic-audi.co.uk/forum/...=25262&page=14
Remember this was 2 years ago so has weathered with pritty much being a daily but you will get the idea of what went into it.Thanks
