Default Brake pressure resrvoir (bomb) refurbish

My first refurbished brake accumulator sphere (bomb) is running in a V8 now and it‘s working fine! The loss of brake power support starts after 28 times engaging the brake pedal with engine switched off. No pulsating brake pedal at any time.

As I wrote before, I've got a few years skills with refurbishing self leveling spheres and dampers. So it shouldn't be a big problem to refurbish even the brake pressure reservoir – I thought so about two years ago.

Unfortunately the brake bombs preparing a couple of different problems as leveling spheres do. The master problems are the much higher inflation pressure, the body architecture and the design of the inner diaphragm.
The higher inflation pressure requires a suitable inflation valve - not so easy to get one.
This valve must never touch the inner diaphragm.
A suitable inflation tool is required (my inflation set for the leveling spheres was inappropriate for these pressure ratios).
Machining is difficult, welding i.e., is not really simple, because of the contained in rubber parts and valves.

Of course, even knowledge about all ratios is required. Due to a perfectly working bomb all internal valve functions need to be checked before fitting the (quite expansive) inflation valve.
You need to proof the relief valve as well as the check valve, that keeps the bomb maintaining suitable oil pressure.

Within the last two years I've made a few tries to refurbish brake bombs. I terminated these tries for different reasons, in spite of my skills, the stuff seemed to be too complex.

A few weeks ago, thinking it all over again, I solved some technical problems, found some solutions and invested in special tools like a suitable inflation valve and armature. And yes, it was a success!
Even brake bombs with self leveling struts are no problem. I‘m still holding out for some ratios of different models yet. I know about the V8 (D11), and C4 series. But until now I don‘t know the exact inflation ratio of the 44type i.e.
May be, some of you guys know better than me?
