96 2.8 V6 A4 Quattro Diff replacement

Hey,

just got myself another quattro after the loss of my URS4.

its a nice A4 but its got a loud wining diff.

ive still got the spare diff that came with my old URS4....

Now can i just swap em over? im hoping its a yes

no mate,totally different

some '97+ a6s have the same one but it will be easiest to get one off a scrap a4 as theres plenty of them around breaking

KK fair enough, ill get on the blower to the scrap man, for now ill just keep the stereo turned up lol
