was it tony hawk who invented the mcflip....??

used to have a piss laugh watching folk trying to do it.....there was a halfpipe where i grew up that was built by the council.......they obviously had never been on one...it went from flat bottom to vert in about 5.5 feet of transition!!!!! and it was about 9 feet high.

it was a feckin disaster on a bike....

I grew up skating, and did so for about 10 years through the 80s and early 90s.
Powell, H Street, Deathbox, Vision, etc etc... I was from the era of the Bones Bridge Video Show, Animal Chin, Public Domain, Thrasher and so on!

These are me, taken around 1990

Somewhere Ive got a pic of me skating with my dads white B3 80 quattro in the background, will have to try and dig it out!

This was the clip for all of us, from Public Domain.
We used to watch this section over and over and over, get stoked and then go skating!
