There's a decent amount of money to be made in 'parting' that. If only you weren't at the other end of the country I'd be there with cash today. Wheels and a few bits of trim will get you more than £250. Interior looks great too. A bargain at that money whether for restoration or for parts.

Im in two minds about this car now. I dont want to break it as its not that bad, but im also wanting a donor car for a rally project. Ile keep it up for sale, but might end up keeping it unless i get a good offer.

Cool

Any chance of photos of the rust trouble you mention. I'd like to take the car to put back on the road. You're a long(ish) way to come and look.

That's a really pretty Coupe.
That color with the smoked tail lenses.
Some one please save this car.
Maybe I should start posting pictures of the cars we have for sale in the US.
You'll think your living in Old Audi heaven comparitively.

that looks in better condition than the lago GT i have here. Dont brake it.. It maybe not worth much but dont think of it 'value' in money terms. It could be a nice car for somebody for very little money 'comparatively' to what you 'could buy' . Even if it might be worth less than the sum of its parts.

I know I'd Save it...

As for the lights, a temporary 'fix' would be some chrome paint. My bro's GT had same prob when he bought it all them years ago and a spray can later it went thru the MOT no problem. Lights wern't 'brilliant' but it did the job.
