I all having problems with my B2 1600 carb....
Cut out on me a fair while ago now. So I called RAC out and chap checked high tension side and got no spark. Then removed hall sensor connector and shorted them. Then checked High Tension and got spark. Told me most likely it was the Hall sensor module. Towed me home. 1 Month later I check through circuits according to Haynes. My testing pointed to coil. I have just replaced the coil with new one and still nothing. Little bit fed up now and at a loss as I do not have spare cash to throw at now ignition module/hall sensor. Could I ak a favour? Has anyone in Bristol got 2nd hand spares I could swop out? |

but if its not: Its the hall sensor both in the region of £50 squids....
