nice car but for the sake of a few quid why didn't he put the lower coach lines on and get the front panel blacked out?!

I may be wrong but i seem to remember this very car being for sale a couple of years ago and there was something amiss with it.Cant remember what it was though.
It is a former press car Dave btw.
