I have a very old, been out of a car for 5-6 years+ 93 ish Audi 80 2.0E engine. Think the headgasket has gone but you can have it for the price of a few drinks (although I don't really drink )

Hi Shaun

Appreciate the reply bud but it's specifically the 3a "bubble block" from a B3 80 I'm looking for.

Got a TSR head I want to mate to a 2.0L bottom end and want to use the Audi block as appose to the easier to find mk3 golf 2.0L 8 valve bottom end.

I don't like to make things easy !!!

Will buy you that pint if I'm down your way tho !

For anyone who has one hiding in the shed I will arrange the courier.

I'm north of the border in Sunny Dundee

Cheers

id let you have mine but I kinda need it

there was someone on ebay breaking one that's on their now but im not sure if he still had the block

the 3A is by far the best block that ran from 1989 - 90 then the AAD from 1990 - 91.

I think all the 3A engines found their way into the golfs and their arnt many around now.

If you want to part with the head give me a shout as I think you've probably got more chance catching triple pneumonia than getting that block

3A/AAD comparing to late mk3 2.0 8v is like a dinosaur because of lack of crank impulse sender.
