Default Retro car stereos.

I do like a vintage Blaupunkt as much as the next man, but this stereo is dreadful. And not in a good way. Piss poor effort. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VW-Alpha-1...item3a8462970c

There was an SQR29 on ebay the other week. Would that have been a "period" stereo?

I've bought a BMW business unit for mine, just because it looks OEM, and has the features I want in the 200.

Simply spray over the bmw logo with matt/satin black, job done!

That would go very nicely in a big fook off Mk10 Jag of 1964 vintage.

Blaupunkt London SQM 37 from an '88 100:

Took a picture of these for a laugh, this is what happens when you never throw anything away! Got loads more at the farm too including various Bluespots.
