how many left dvla

think this been asked before, is there away without writing to the dvla, that you can find out how many of a certain car there is registered in the uk? surely there should be an online data base you could use.

How it is possible to track such statistics? Does such car have "MAKE: AUDI" "MODEL: 100 S4 TURBO AUTO" in it's passport?
