He hasnt been generous with any pertinent information relevant to the sale, not even basic stuff like what work he has done, does it need anything, services history, previous owners or anything.

And the photos look like they were an after thought while he was out tearing round the local supermarket car park, then took one at home for good measure!

Theres only an hour left on the bidding. Its in leicester I see - not too far away from you, but probably too late......

I would of said go and look at it, but dont expect it to be squeaky clean as he makes it to be. No history info, the photos are rubbish, and the description is rubbish.

Was on gumtree for months in sutton ,london last asking price was 800 quid.
