It's back for a second year!

That's right, Tonbridge Audi are once again opening their doors for the day, September 17th 2011 this time round.

They will be opening up their workshops again for free diagnostics, checks and top-ups, this proved to be an eye opening experience for everyone last yeat, not just the fact that we found out how our cars actually were, but also we very impressed at the level of knowledge shared by the Technicians, even towards the older 80 & 90 variants and even back to Series 2's and UR's. They showed no knee jerk reactions to modified cars and even suggested helpfull tips towards 20v conversions and the like! They even topped up my screenwash, oil and coolant for free, plus we all got a goody bag with allsorts of stuff in. Free drinks and other refreshments will be available too.

There are many attractions currently being talked about. Not confirmed yet but one idea being looked at by them is the possibility of a Free rolling road session for your Audi! That would be awesome if we can have that! A Concours Section, this time will definately be going ahead! I might suggest a bouncy castle for the kids amongst us! Someone mentioned a live band playing too!

If you own an Audi, regardless of the condition, so long as it is road legal, get in touch and register your interest. The Audi Owners Club is holding an open Invite to any Audi Enthusiast to come along for the day and enjoy in what will become another great day out!

The added bonus that you get, is that not all the activities for the day have been suggested yet, which means you can have a say in what YOU would like on the day. The suggestion box is only open to AudiFans registered users and Members of the Audi Owners Club so get your thinking caps on Very Happy They probably won't have the man power to take loads of us out in an R8 Spyder but put it on your list anyway, you just never know!

Hi people, just an update on behalf of Geoff

Tonbridge Audi are once again opening their doors to the Audi Owners Club on Saturday 17th September 2011 from 9.30am and invite you to this exciting event.

Following on from last year’s successful day, why not return once again and take advantage of a free Electronic Vehicle Health Check? As you are probably aware, this is the most advanced method of checking the important working condition of your Audi and it’s not only quick but also extremely accurate. The process will report and assess brakes, tyres, exhaust, suspension, steering, electrical and technical and be carried out by a highly qualified Audi Technician who will also be willing to answer any questions you may have.

Other attractions on the day will be a concourse and we’re looking at booking Dyno Dynamics to supply a rolling road (only suitable for the two wheel drive Audi models). To experience this thrilling treat, there will be a highly reduced charge of £20 per Audi and places for this would be limited. Depending upon the demand will deter whether we can book or not.

If you’re interested in eking out a little more power from your engine, we’ve also got Shark Performance, a revolutionary tuning company who specialize in Audi models, attending on the day. They will be more than happy to give you sound advice on the improvements that could be made to your car and are offering a 20% discount exclusive to those who attend the event, for works carried out on the day or for a future appointment.

Throughout the day, refreshments will be served, Audi merchandise will be on sale and there will the latest Audi models on display in the showroom. Places are limited for this event and on a strictly first come first served basis so to avoid disappointment, please email Jo at Audi before 13th August on jo.everett@heraoperations.com and be sure to inform her of the following points;

1) Your Name & Address?
2) Car Model & Registration?
3) The number of guests you may bring with you?
4) Do you wish to book a Vehicle Health Check?
5) Do you wish to commit £20 to experience the rolling road?
6) Do you wish to enter your car in the Concourse?

Guest VIP passes will then be sent to you as confirmation of your booking attendance along with information on any of your requested bookings.

I went to Tonbridge Audi today for the owners day, as arranged by Audi Owners Club. Everything was fantastic, very welcoming, registered us in, refreshments, vehicle health check, judges choice of top three. I got third place with my 80 Sport, everyone liked the car and complemented the condition and tidiness of the motor. The dealership was very friendly, the mechanics were very helpful and interested, great day. thanks guys

I got an official Audi Polo shirt, and a goody bag with Audi polish pack, mug, free pens, notepads etc. Excellent day out deffo reconmend this for everyone who can attend next year

The red b3 came 1st, the A5 came second, and my 80 Sport.
