sure someone will know this,
it's either police squad or naked gun where Leslie Nielsen goes to see a "baddie".
He's got a very rare fish in his aquarium and a valuable pen from the Emperor.
Somehow Nielsen manages to stab the fish with the pen "with hilarious consequences"!
been looking on you tube for the clip but no good.
