Servicing the WR today and have decided not to use the oil i bought as it was too thin, have been to audi and they can't provide me with the 10w40 but I can get castrol magnatec 10w40 fully synthetic, is this a good oil to use??
and the bloody correct plugs aren't available here too !Many thanks Andy |

Hi Issimo,
The mobil1 stuff i had was 5W50 not 15W50, went round everywhere today after either mobil1 15W50 or the Audi main dealer stuff(can't remember the name) but the only thing I could get was this magnetec stuff, glad it's Ok though. ![]() cheers Andy |

Too late now! but i'll remember for next time, cheers
Changed the front suspension today as the passenger shock was bent, took all bloody day to do it... and found out the old ones were boge turbo gas pressurised and have changed them to boge oil shocks ![]() oil change will happen in the morning along with air filter, rear diff mounts and possibly the rear shocks and a rear strut brace. bloody moneypit! haha |
