NE Meets?

Hi guys,

I was just wondering if there are any organised C-A meets in the NE. I've had a quick look, but can't see anything.

I'm always up for a couple of hours craik with like minded people, and some drooling over the cars.

i think that these things are usually pretty random affairs, chris but tend to be posted for some weeks beforehand to gain numbers.

put a post up and see if anyone over your neck of the woods is up for a meet on a specific day.

How about I stick up a date, and a location, and see if there is any interest??

Location: Dalton Park Outlet Shopping Centre
Address: Murton, County Durham SR7 9HU

I've organised some successful meets on other forums at this place, and it's always a good location to meet and chat cars for a couple of hours. There's toilets handy, plus eateries like Subway, MaccyD's etc, and coffee shops like Starbucks, Thorntons etc. Parking is free and plentiful.

A good place to park to get the cars lined up together for some nice piccys is the far left as you drive in, up towards the McDonalds area.

I've always been given no grief by security because it's totally understood that there is no tear-arseing around, pulling donuts, limiter bouncing or behaving like a tw*t.

Stick your name down if you are interested, and we'll see if it's worth doing it.

I'd go to Berwick for a blether.........the weekends are a bit precious for me as I don't get many free?

Sorry matey, I can't do this weekend as I'm away in Edinburgh (not in the Audi!).

I'll leave the proposed Dalton Park meet (3rd November) active until next week. Maybe if there's three or four names on the list it might be worth doing.
