8v cylinder head question

Hi all,

A quick question and a check of my research, if anyone can help.

Anyone who has experience of the 1781cc 8v engines could you answer the following if possible… am I right in thinking that the highlighted oil drain on the cylinder head goes goes straight to the sump? It’s the port at the rear of the head beside the head bolt?
