Best stuff i've found, thats not harmful to paint or smelly etc is the Autoglym Bumper Care. Its a green gel and brings plastics back great. Works on tyres and all rubber bits too. Use it on coolant, fuel, and vacumm hoses in the engine bay too. 1 bottle lasts about two years!
