I know its not an Ur, but when the big bolt goes through this pulley, there is zero metal for it to clamp the pulley to the crank gear-it is held on by the four bolts.
Here's one I prepared earlier with the locking tool in place



You cannot remove the vibration damper with that bolt there.

I'm in the wrong job. Considering you have to loosen the water pump to remove the belt on the KU, it adds about 15 minutes to the job max. They don't want the work at that money.
