Yep, I think all the v6 boxes are 01a, I just don't know about ratios, it's the last bit of the part numbers that change between cars and I don't know what they mean. Even wondering if I could use a B/C5 box but maybe a long shot, loads of them for sale though! I've read that some of the bearings are maybe NLA? You can get rebuild kits no bother for any other bl**dy gearbox!

Works fine, selects fine, sounds just like an input shaft noise, not there if you depress the clutch (when sitting still) louder the more torque you put into it (when drving) but silent on coast down selecting gears with the clutch depressed, which is confusing me, you'd think the rear axle and prop shaft would keep the whole thing spinning and whirring away, but maybe not.

Will drop the oil and look for stuff in it!

And get rid of the k&n.

And look for heat shields loose, many strange potential sounds going on. Lol.
