What would be the economical justification for keeping these filters for them - have the situation changed in past five years and now on every 10 new crap cars on UK roads there is one mid-eighties turbocharged audi, driven as daily, with a lot of miles, making great demands for these filters?
IIRC this strange configuration was used on early 2.1 turbo engines - KG, WR, KW, a couple of more - basically extinct engines, so no surprise that audi doesn't want to put some on shelves, as they would only collect dust. In your situation I would look how to bin it for more convenient single filter solution - maybe all you need is just filter bracket from some MC engine.
