OP, the hardtop i got for my 2.8 came from a low mileage 1.8 5v same as in that picture you put up,i took it out for a drive. The car handled very nicely as it has a lighter lump under the bonnet.
Colour is everything on these cars and that colour is not popular.Spink on hear only a few weeks ago had one same colour but couldn't shift it/give it away. Give him a try.  |
We messaged with Spink about his car but unfortunately they put it in the back of a barn with some dead cars in front of it by the time I messaged him. I'd still be interested in that but he can't get it out...
I have messaged the seller on eBay, if he gives the ideal answers I might bid on it... Only thing is this ends on Saturday and I could only have a look on Sunday... So don't know yet but it does look nice on the pictures.
