The only part there which has been glued are bolt holes, so that it would be easy to identify if the potentiometer has been touched. That potentiometer has long, oval screw holes, to enable adjustment by turning it slightly to one side or another. Only adjustment is tricky, because voltage changes even when you're just tightening bolts, as I mentioned, so be prepared, it's not easy. A couple of times I've done it, it took me about hour to catch voltage fine enough.
