On a serious note, don't know if B2 CQ has same set up as my B4 80, but being quite familiar with heater blowing only cold (6yrs of scraping inside as well as outside, and going to work with hot water bottle!), you could maybe try the
coolant housing thermostat, also saw something else in another thread about a ?
relay switch? behind the heater control panel...other than that, dunno mate, sorry.
