Worth a little diagnostics and elimination of potential issues before embarking on some mods.

Sticky motors that need a good clean.
Window switches that are easily swapped if you find some.
Mechanisms that need some grease
Poor connections on the window circuit breakers
Dirt build up in the guides and channels
