The Boge set I once had included the springs. But having used various spring makes over the years I got the impression that the Boge ones were lowered 25mm but the actual rate was pretty much standard and from memory supposedly 15% uprated which is what you would get if shortening a standard spring. The H&R's are a good 25 to 30% uprated and in order to get a level ride height I had to reposition the bottom spring mounting plates on the struts (a professional job). I have been told the springs are based on those from the Ur quattro which would explain this. Worth the work as the ride is no harder than a modern factory sports set up with very little roll (though my reaer ARB might have some effect on that) with the nose lift on acceleration greatly reduced and still comfortable enough on long journeys.
