Yup, I can confirm it's definitely the 1781cc carb model. My old man had one for years (before I gave him my 90 2.2E) and has power steering and power locks, but that's it as far as 'extras' go - no leccy windows, etc. A good car, but nowt special as Steve rightly says in t'other thread.

£3 grand

Hell, that IS steep!

Coxy, I just loved the 80CD I had - not the quickest or the best handling Audi for the period (I ain't got rose-tinted specs), but just a bloody good well-equipped all-round car with the huge benefit of the 5-potter

Twas a fine car but records tell me it's no more....

I would have it back today if it was...
