Well John, Doune is really quite a good venue,
It is next to a antique center(for the bored missus), decent resturant/caffe, good chuck wagon for Man food
The paddock is open to the public and you can get as close to the cars as you like (not mine tho
)
The track has a path all the way up and is one of the best spectator tracks I have been too.
You can get very close to the start and the whole event is very well organised !
