I can see both sides of the coin and the burden that can be put on employers

What i cant phathom is how people manage on what they are paid so if you are on 20k by the time you have paid NI and Tax you are down to around 15K then your living expenses start

It just seems there is no corolation between responsibility ie lives in their hands and wages

Heres hoping for a bright future
