Is car on level ground? If not may be leaking at front n draining to back. Happened on a gt I had

My current gt has been leaking in driver side
Two screws for alarm go straight over driver glove box, runs down n onto carpet.
Rear light putty stuff stopped the leak
Has yours the grommets at the front of the rear inner arch? Take rear door card equivalent off n see if it's leaking their, should be rust stained if so
