I had a real fun saturday night. Had to go to Northampton, then back to Bedford, then Peterborough to pick some wheels up, then from there to Stansted Airport, as my mate landed there instead of Luton due to heavy snow. I was in my a6 2.5 tdi quattro avant with the summer tyres and there was snow everywhere! I was driving for total of 9 hours that night, really enjoyed overtaking everyone on the motorway while most of people were doing ~30 mph and I was doing ~45-50mph ploughing trough 6-7 inches of snow
I saw at least 100 stuck and struggling BMW's, one of them was M3 really struggling in a bit of snow, on M11 so I stopped to offer him some help, but he said "I'm getting there", which, I think was his pointless hope, so before I took off, I advised him to get a Quattro next time Then I helped a young lad to drive his mum's focus up the hill for him
Then I stopped three times to push another stuck BMW, with other drivers, even a polish guy driving a big truck pushing the snow off the motorway jumped out to give us a hand, then the bus driver, taxi driver, etc.

Then stopped for some coffe and some fuel

And then got stuck in a jam due to a stuck lorry and blocking all the traffic for 1+ hour

After I dropped my mate off from Stansted to Dunstable, I was barely able to keep awake while driving back to Bedford again, and finally jumping in the bed at 6.30 am!
So slept all day, woke up, and then went to have some fun in the snow with my brother

I just LOVE the QUATTRO!!!
