Sounds like you've got a good 'un then! The only thing that concerns me is there's a hummy noise which sounds like a wheel bearing (changes very slightly when loading side to side). 40mph is when it's loudest. I'm hoping it's a wheel bearing rather than the diff in the 6 speed box!
Noise doesn't seem to change when accelerating or changing gear, gets louder when I brake though.
