Audi 80 s2 Dunstan old car
 

Hi guys can anyone advice me please if poss I just recently bought Dunstan old Audi 80 / s2 conversation from irland . A friend from irland picked it up for me but the car is having problems regarding loss of oil pressure nothing showing on the gauge and no reading on a external oil pressure gauge also the engine sounds very top end noise is there any other way these s2 engine need checking out or prime any thing as car has been sat around for two years

Behind the oil pressure gauge sender is a one way valve that supplies oil to the valve lifters. It sounds like this is stuck closed.
