BOSCH 044 Fuel Pump Fittings

The inlet fitting for the BOSCH 044 pump is M18 x 1.5, but what is the size of the pipe on the fitting required to fit into the inlet petrol pipe?

I could also do with knowing where to get the bits for the outlet as well which by the looks of it will need a screw cap.
