B3 Coupe Radiator

My brothers B3 Coupe 2.3E 5 pot 10 valve has sprung a leak. He will be checking it out tommorrow but suspects it's the rad. So, just in case does anyone have a suitable radiator.

As I said Grant will be checking things out tommorrow, he believes the rad has rusted away at the bottom end so it's definitely beyond Radweld.

I have plenty of decent rads, I always weigh in the rotten ones (which are always the alloy rads) so any I have are good water tight and no rotten flanges. Even better I think I have a couple of copper ones but need to check. I'd need to know if he has the aux rad or not.

£25 to you!

The problem with these rads is almost always the same, the lower tank holding flange rots away. I once repaired one with epoxy as an emergency get me home job and it worked ok but you'd have been a brave man to have tried to run with it long term as once they start to leak they drain the entire engine/rad/header tank very quickly indeed!

Don't need either of those mate they are all the same.

Just literally need to know if his has the aux rad or not. That's the only difference on 5 cyl rads.
