It depends how fast you drive!
Usually the sessions are timed. 10 to 15 minutes each so if you are lapping say 1.20 then its enough for you to be ready for the chequered flag and your car with be glad of the rest:tup:

Put me down for one of the 12 for a CA session Mr C please.

Had the email yesterday about the standard sessions and its £189 for 6 and its pot luck who you get to battle with.

It's 1.85 miles and its a car killer if you aren't prepared and if you and your car are, it's one of the best tracks to drive in the UK

Thanks for the info Steve

The trouble is with Castle Combe it just never looks that exciting or much of a challenge when you view footage of it, I'm sure it's one of those that needs to be driven to be fully appreciated. :hmmm: Very tempted to come and have a go.

There a few people who have had that misconception about Castle Combe and have gone home on the back of breaker..!,:hand:

Lol!!
Exactly that Andy. It's fast and very technical when driven properly. People say the worst corner to get round is Quarry at the top of the circuit where everyone goes off. Thats not strictly true, its a simple right turn with a massive run out to the left. The problem corner is the one before Quarry, Avon. Your car goes light over the crest and if you aren't in the correct position as you exit over the crest on the approach to Quarry, its all over long before to try an turn in.

It'd be great to get 12 classics going round in a mildly swift convoy!!
